Price a whole window or door job in under a minute — materials, labor, and your margin — then hand the homeowner a clean quote and your crew the cut list. Built for Florida installers.
Try it — drag to your job size
Type the linear footage, or snap a photo of the window schedule and let the AI read the counts and sizes for you.
Materials, labor, and your margin — calculated to the foot. Plus the matching Florida product approval and its screw pattern, no digging required.
The homeowner gets a clean, branded quote to sign. Your crew gets the buck cut list and materials list — the same job, every document.
"Cut my quoting time from 45 minutes to 2. The FL approval lookup alone saves me hours a week."
Anchor generates everything the customer, office, and crew need — the moment your numbers are in.
A polished, single-page quote your customer can sign on the spot — your logo, one clear price. No spreadsheets, no math in front of the customer.
The internal cost sheet — every material and labor line itemized to the linear foot. See where the money goes and your real margin before you commit to a price.
Turns the job into a shopping list — exact pack quantities, ready to check off in the field. No guessing how many cases, rolls, or boards you need.
Packs every opening's cuts onto the fewest boards possible — exact lengths, minimal offcut. The cut list that takes a foreman 20 minutes on a notepad, done instantly.
Search the FL# right off the unit's sticker — get the screw pattern instantly, substrate by substrate.

Building a quote takes about 30 seconds.
The calculator is pre-loaded with demo pricing so you can try it right now. But your real costs — labor, caulking, screws, shims — vary company to company.
Update them as you go. Quotes get sharper over time — there's no rush, and you can change anything anytime in Settings.
These two drive most of every quote. Set them if you know them — or leave them and update later.
Add the brands you install. Keep, edit, or remove the pre-loaded ones, and add your own.
Each brand has two screw patterns per LF — nail-fin and through-frame. Don't have exact counts yet? Leave the defaults and fine-tune later.
You're ready to build quotes. The more you dial in your real costs, the more accurate every quote — update anytime in Settings.
Items still on demo numbers show an amber Unverified tag until you confirm them.
Your pipeline, your jobs, and where your money's going.

Side-by-side cost breakdown
Through-frame values are placeholder estimates — verify per brand.
Labor cost = crew-hours × what the crew costs/hr. Marked up by your job margin like materials.
Priced per door, not per LF. Threshold hardware is included in the per-door materials cost. Tune below — defaults are construction-shop estimates, verify against your suppliers.
Priced per LF of total door width. Toggle on/off per job in the rail. Door widths set the flashing length each door type contributes.
Priced separately from windows. Labor scales by panel count. Frame footage still pulls per-LF screws, caulk, shims & bucking automatically — only the slider-specific extras live here. Defaults are construction-shop estimates; verify against your crew & suppliers.
A 3-panel door = 3× this. Heavy-panel install + snap covers.
Used as a fallback when a door has no overall size: width = panel width × panels, height = this height.
Sliders need a building-dept screw inspection before panels & snap covers go on — almost always a return trip on another day.
Reset your entitlement record to a fresh trial — for testing the badge + upsell flow.
Re-run the profile + setup wizard. Brand info, rates, and saved jobs are kept.
Screw patterns by FL# — match the number on the unit's NFRC sticker.
