Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you") and VoxelDesign LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as AnchorQuoting ("AnchorQuoting," "we," "us"), governing your use of the AnchorQuoting application, website, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
AnchorQuoting is a software tool that helps window and door installers estimate jobs, generate quotes and related documents, look up Florida product‑approval references, and manage saved jobs. The Service provides estimates and informational tools only and does not perform engineering, code‑compliance certification, or contracting services.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
3. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
- Subscriptions auto‑renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You can get a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge. After that, except where required by law, fees are non‑refundable and partial periods are not pro‑rated. A full refund ends your paid plan when it is processed.
- Usage limits (such as quotes and AI plan reads per month) reset monthly, including on annual plans.
- We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle. The free trial does not require a payment card and does not convert to a paid plan automatically — when it ends, choose a plan to keep creating quotes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights; (b) reverse‑engineer, scrape, or resell the Service; (c) upload malware or attempt to breach security; (d) misrepresent the Service's outputs as certified or guaranteed; or (e) use the Service to send unlawful or unsolicited communications.
5. Estimates & Pricing — No Guarantee
AnchorQuoting produces estimates, not guaranteed prices. Outputs depend on the rates, quantities, and inputs you provide and on assumptions built into the tool. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying every quote, quantity, material list, and price before relying on it or sending it to a customer. We are not responsible for lost profit, underbidding, overbidding, or any loss arising from reliance on the Service's calculations.
6. Florida Product Approvals & Code Compliance
FL#, NOA, screw‑pattern, and installation references in the Service are provided for reference and convenience only and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Always verify the exact FL# on the unit's label and download the current installation instructions from floridabuilding.org before installing. You are responsible for code compliance, permitting, inspections, and safe installation.
7. AI Features
The Service includes AI‑assisted features (for example, reading a window schedule to pre‑fill a job). AI outputs may be incomplete or wrong and are suggestions only — you must verify all AI‑generated values (quantities, sizes, counts, manufacturers, approvals) before using them. Files you upload may be processed by third‑party AI providers (see our Privacy Policy).
8. No Professional Advice
The Service is not, and does not provide, engineering, architectural, legal, accounting, or licensed‑contractor advice, and does not certify code compliance or structural adequacy. Consult qualified professionals as appropriate.
9. Your Content & Your Customers' Data
You retain ownership of the content you upload (jobs, photos, customer information) and grant us a limited license to host and process it to provide the Service. You represent that you have the right and any necessary consent to upload information about your customers (names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses) and to allow us to process it on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you provide.
10. Electronic Signatures
If you use any electronic‑signature feature, you and your customer consent to transact electronically under applicable law (including the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA). AnchorQuoting provides the signing tool only and is not a party to, and is not responsible for, any contract between you and your customer, including its formation, terms, or enforceability. You are responsible for ensuring your quotes and agreements are legally sufficient.
11. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your content), is owned by VoxelDesign LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Service per these Terms. All rights not granted are reserved.
12. Third‑Party Services
The Service relies on third parties including Stripe (payments), Supabase (hosting/data), xAI (AI processing), Google (optional sign‑in and the address map), and Resend (email delivery). Your use of those features may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third‑party services.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that any estimate, reference, or AI output is accurate or complete.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VoxelDesign LLC AND ITS OWNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold VoxelDesign LLC harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings with your customers.
16. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination your right to use the Service ends; Sections 5–10 and 13–15 survive.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
18. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
