Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how VoxelDesign LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as AnchorQuoting ("AnchorQuoting," "we"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the AnchorQuoting Service. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information — your name, email, and password (handled by our authentication provider), and optional company/brand details.
- Payment information — handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; we receive limited billing details and subscription status.
- Content you provide — jobs, quotes, rates, notes, uploaded plans/schedules, and job photos. This may include information about your customers that you choose to enter, such as names, property addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses.
- E‑signature records — when your customer signs a quote, we store the name they type, their drawn signature, the time, and their IP address and browser details as the signing record.
- Location (optional) — only if you tap "use my location" in the job address map, your device location is used to find the address. We don't track location in the background.
- Usage & device data — basic analytics about how you use the Service, plus standard log/device data (browser, approximate region, timestamps).
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service;
- To process subscriptions and payments;
- To run AI features you request;
- To provide support and communicate with you;
- To maintain security and prevent abuse;
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. AI Processing
When you use an AI feature, the relevant content (for example, the plan pages you upload) is sent to our AI provider (currently xAI / Grok) to generate the result. We do not use your content to train our own models. The AI provider processes the content under its own terms.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that run the Service on our behalf — including Supabase (hosting/database), Stripe (payments), xAI (AI processing), Google (optional sign‑in and the address map), and Resend (email delivery);
- When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security;
- In a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or asset sale), subject to this Policy.
5. Your Customers' Data
Information you enter about your customers is provided and controlled by you. For that data you act as the controller and we act as a processor handling it on your behalf to provide the Service. You are responsible for having any consent or notice required to collect and share it. For a Data Processing Addendum, contact support@anchorquoting.com.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and content while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. If your trial or subscription ends and isn't renewed, we may delete your saved jobs, photos, and settings 60 days after it ends. You can delete jobs at any time; deleting your account removes associated data subject to legal retention requirements.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls through our infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under California's CCPA/CPRA or the EU/UK GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@anchorquoting.com. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising.
9. Cookies & Local Storage
The Service uses browser local storage to keep you signed in and to save your working data on your device, and may use limited analytics. See our Cookie Policy.
10. Children
The Service is for business use by adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. International Users
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you consent to processing in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.
12. Changes
We may update this Policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
