Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account; we prorate the difference.
What happens at the end of my free trial?
Your account stays active in read-only mode until you pick a plan. Your saved jobs and brand profile are kept for at least 60 days after the trial ends.
What counts as a "quote"?
Each time you save a new job (not a draft) it counts as a quote for your monthly limit. Editing an already-saved job is free.
Do you charge for the AI plan-reader separately?
AI plan reads are included on every paid plan — 2 a month on Starter, 100 a month on Pro, and unlimited on Shop — at no extra charge. One read covers up to 25 plan pages, so a large multi-sheet plan uses one read per 25 pages. The free trial includes 5 so you can try it.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Sign up, pick a plan, start quoting.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 14 days of your first paid charge, no questions asked.
Is there a contract?
No. Cancel anytime; you keep access through the end of your billing cycle.
